This is a semi-private journal, but this may change over the months.

About me:

I'm 24 years of age and reside in Colorado. I'm a furry, and getting to be a bit damn proud of it. I'm also a car enthusiast, a computer geek, a bit of a politics-watcher, and a gun nut. I'm not afraid to speak my mind and tell it as it is, but I do my best to be honest and fair. I'm tolerant to a point, but please keep in mind I don't agree on everyone's viewpoint.

I work for a living doing retail sales(for now at least). I'm not exactly enthused with it, and will rant about it quite a bit. However, it pays decent enough to afford me living somewhat on my own(I room with my uncle, and yes I pay rent), a car payment, insurance, and all the typical bills. I'm trying for my MCSE certification, mainly so I can pursue an IT career of some ilk.

I spend my free time doing 'typical' stuff for guys my age. I own a 1991 Acura Legend coupe, one of my dream cars... I spend a lot of time behind the wheel and under the hood of this beast. When I'm not ogling my car, I'm on the computer... usually playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R. or some other shooter, as well as browsing various forums online. When I'm not immersed in the wild blue nowhere, I'm attempting to learn how to play the guitar or starting to draw(don't expect me to post the tripe I'm putting out on DA or FA anytime soon, I don't have a scanner and my suckage is on par with an industrial shop vac).

As I mentioned before, I'm a bit of a gun nut. I own several pistols and a couple of rifles, and can shoot either decently well(however I'm a bit out of practice). My favored pieces are my M1911A1 clone and my No.1 Mk3* .303 Enfield rifle. For some odd reason I also like the Kalashnikov series of rifles, although I don't own one(yet). Eventually I'll get one(I'm leaning for a 5.45mm, but I'm unsure if ammunition is easy to find here), as well as a shotgun of some sort. Skeet shooting is really fun and really challenging, and I'd love to have a gun to start doing it.

Uhm, since I've been asked this a lot, I'm going to reiterate something. I'm 24 years old, male, single, straight, and NOT looking for a relationship. Relationships and I are like oil and water, and I'm very mercurial. I'm getting my life together, and while I will whine about loneliness from time to time, I don't have the time to date anyone. In fact, I believe that relying on a romantic partner makes me weak, so I will attain my life's goals on my own. So, for your sake... don't ask. I'm going to try to not put angry diatribes in this journal as I did my last, but I may from time to time. I'll put them under cuts with a lot of warning, however.
